UK GM Looking for 5/6 players for new Home rew Campaign closed thanks for everyone who showed interest.

Game: D&D 5e Homebrew Campaign on the City ship Leviathan Sandbox Campaign (Eberron style) Free
Group type: Online using either discord/Zoom or other Video chat I use DND Beyond and screen sharing nothing to complicated don't want tech to get in way of the game
Experience: Three years and 3 Campaigns all of my players were new to DND. 2 Still going on but are intermittent as they are my friends not really dnd players hence me starting a new group. 
Location/Timezone: Uk Based GMT 
Schedule: Bi weekly Thursdays or Sundays around 7pm GMT lasting about 3 hrs can be flexible with this. But please only respond if you can commit to the time. 
Roles sought: Players 5/6 I would prefer a group(s) of new/inexperienced players who are looking for a DM but happy if ends up with 5/6 complete strangers .  A mixed group/players is what i find is the best balance.  Anyone 18+ welcome to contact me
Game style: My style and preferred play is Rules light fun casual with more roleplay then hack and slash but there will always be a fight or two.  I try to focus on the players having fun enjoying their characters and situations you get yourselves in then meta gaming.  If that is your style or don't know that is your style then get in touch.  

Notes: Please read all before replying. I am not sure on what response I get and will only start if i get the group mix i feel right. If we get enough players I will set a Session 0 were we can discuss the game etc.  I would then run 3 sessions and see were people are with it and then hopefully run a full campaign.  

I will keep this thread open for about a week depending on level of interest.  It won't be first come first served Please either contact me here or in discord vonpaulous666#3730 with why you would like to join and a little bit about yourself and what you would like to get out of it or if you would just like to know more about the campaign etc.

Hi!

I'd love to join your game. I'm fairly new to D&D though I do have some minor experience. The group I joined before the pandemic was in the middle of a puzzle solving/dungeon exploration part, so I know a bit more about the mechanics of that. I'm up to using any kind of (free, I don't want to subscribe to anything just yet) platform for the games. My timezone is GMT+1 and I can do pretty much any day of the week until February, but I'll always have the weekends free. Currently going through the ********/books pdf list, so I'm at least marginally familiar with things but I can always use a helping hand.

For the playstyle, like I mentioned, I have some experience with exploration/combat but I'm up to trying anything. Not sure yet what exactly my preferences are yet but I'd love to find it out. I'm monstly looking to have a fun time, find new firends and finally have an actual session where I know what's up. The party I joined two years ago were a group of med students who 1) already knew each other 2) had been running the campaign for a few months - so while I had a great time, I felt somewhat clueless and like an outsider. Hope with a brand new group/session that will change. I have some half-baked ideas for my character's backstory but everything is very flexible. Not sure just how involved a DM wants/likes to be with character creation.

hello, im an easygoing player, looking for a group to join, my old online group has failed its death saving throws unfortunately.
I can commit to those times on a regular basis, I have about 20 odd characters created in a one note document and enjoy creating more so i can find one to fit any party im sure, i have come to the conclusion that i like the storytelling and rp aspect slightly more than the combat so your campaign sounds good to me.

I have been playing for about 2 years so not an expert by any means, im 30 yo male, currently in england but from northern ireland, so whilst im rubbish at accents it will always probably sound like i have one haha.

im from north west of England, been playing for about 2/3 years. I enjoy both aspects of game rp and combat so sounds good your game.I prefer spell caster classes to just melee ones due to fun you can have with spells.

Hi, I would love to join, as it's been a while since I last played and I've really been missing it. Only have about a year's experience, but my old GM never complained about me (I was the one they usually offloaded their complaints to lol)

I've had a rather unique character concept in mind I've been eager to try, but if you decide you don't like it, I'd be happy to play something more suitable.

haha whats the chances of someone else from NI on the thread, Sionnach if you don't get an online game and your near Lisburn, id recommend looking up Lisburn gaming club, there's a lot of people there who play, can look them up on facebook and give colin a message, hes a good guy and taught me how to play, tell him perry sent you.
I'd go there often if i could but im in england most of the time atm so online suits me better for scheduling.

I have been in a few campaigns/ One shots in the past, haven't done anything over the past few years but I have been watching Critical Role. Would love to get back into D&D myself, I have some experience but I wouldn't say I have a lot. Love to role play over hack & slash, I'm easy going and I don't mind playing with newish/ first time players.

As for my playstyle, I play for fun and definitely not into min-maxing my character. I can play any role, from damage to healing to tank, I'm easy going. I'm up for trying a few tester sessions to see how it goes but I'm dedicated for a full campaign if you are willing to have me.

I am 32M, I also use Discord and I live in Northern Ireland so the time zone is no issue, either day suits me.
