Homebrew Dnd5e campaign!

Game: D&D 5e
Group type: Online
Experience: Any is good! I'm a newer DM and my partner has years of experience! 
Location/Timezone: We will be doing the campaign over discord, and we are in Eastern Daylight Time! 
Schedule: I am to play at least once a week! Preferably on Saturday, but we can talk about what time is best each week over discord!  
Roles sought: I am looking for players! Everyone can apply if your playstyle matches and we can see what we can do! 
Game style: I am a roleplay and lore heavy DM! I try my best to take everyone's backstory to fit into the lore of the campaign that we are doing, to make everything much more in depth! Once I even made my own paper to send letters to my players in real life! I am still coming up with ideas of story and where I'd like this campaign to start but I'd love to have you along with me while I build it! 

Preferably 18-26 years old, Must be LGBT Friendly, Anti-Racist, and Have discord! 

I am a queer person and looking to play with other queer people!

Hello Adventurers!

The setting so far is going to be mostly ocean/Island hopping starting with the adventures getting letters to go to a missing civilization!

Hello - I can see you've had a lot of people but in case you're still checking through - I can play Saturday at 8pm EDT without issue, though I work weekends so ideally if the meet time changes we can take my schedule into account ( I can still play for a solid block of time without worry for the next day though, as I am a bit of a nocturnal creature to begin with).

As a personal note about me - I'm not super into metagaming or when people let their personal knowledge influence what their characters do, though I understand the nature of dnd is unless you're encountering something for the first time it's hard to completely avoid this. I also do art - if the session 0 goes really well and we all seem to mesh (or I mesh at least, because social interactions are nuanced and the internet is not always the best conductor for first interactions) I might be able to do some portrait art of everyone's characters before we start. I would prefer I'm not chosen specifically because of an expectation that I do free art, though.
