Opening the door again :) for DM or Players

Hey! Just as the title states, I currently have a growing community of all sorts of new/experienced players and DMs. We are currently looking to add a new DM or two, plus maybe some new players, to our very chill, relaxed, nerdy server. We have all sorts of players/people from all walks of life, so we want to make sure we bring in someone that will fit nicely into our somewhat stable home lol. 

RULES (This is the big one) -- I do run a very tight ship, I DO NOT ALLOW ANY toxic behaviors or disrespect of any kind in the server. If I see anything like this whether it is a new person or a person that has been there since day 1 I just remove them and move on. We do not allow any type of political talk of any kind in the server, we also ask to keep your personal life interest or sexual preferences to yourself. Our server has many members that are part of the LGBTQ community but just like the others in the server they don't sit and throw their beliefs at you. The rules apply to everyone, if the topic is a sensitive subject or a topic that is known to cause drama or problems it is not allowed in the server. This server is used and meant to be an escape from the real world for all players. Last rule is I just want everyone to have fun and have a safe place to just hang out. 

We talk about games/movies/books/writing/drawing/art/ect -- So yes we have plenty of star wars nerds as well as harry potter nerds and of course tons of anime weebs :D lol -- Also most of our players are based in the US but we do have players in other countries as well :) EVERYTHING WE DO AND USE IS FREE. Roll20 is main source atm for games :)

4- Describe your DMing style or Player style - (example - I'm very laid back and casual when I DM, I love to make sure the players are always happy and having fun, I do follow most rules but others I tend to bend at times why? because I can and it's a game that's meant to be fun :P)

1-I started with 3.5, played some 4e, pathfinder dark sun and 2e, and 5e.

3- I enjoy a good mix of rp and battle, although a person can still rp in battle.

4- I've been a DM a few times over the years but prefer the role of a player. I've only had one campaign finish in my time of being a DM, and that was a big accomplishment for us all lol. As for a style of DM, I'm pretty care free, I'll let my players become OP so I may run bigger baddies at em. Player wise is pretty much the same. I tend to build my characters based off an idea with a back story attached and as I play they evolve and grow.

1 - Experience: I started one game with a group a while back that basically just drifted after the first session or two 

2 - Timezone: EST or EDT (depends on daylight savings and all that)

3 - Game Style: I tend to like a decent amount of combat while also having some RP, but I also like intractability

I have a bit of experience. I've dmmed a few one shots and short-lived campaigns with close friends. I've played in about 8 campaigns with one that's still ongoing (sci-fi campaign over discord). I'm still learning a lot! And I'm always excited to play with new people :D

My Time Zone is Central Time 

I'm open to any game style! I have the most experience with rp heavy/combat minimal campaigns. But I've played in a couple of more combat focused games. Honestly as long as it's fun and the people I'm playing with are cool i'm fine with most anything. I think homebrew is fun and I'm usually open to trying new stuff.

I try my best to adapt my style to the group I'm with, but in general I'm very chill. When I dm I'm usually comfortable bending the rules if it means increases player enjoyment, but if I'm confused about a rule i usually look it up just to check. I think at the end of the day the Dm makes the final decision. I like to try and maintain as happy and friendly and relationship with the people I'm playing with as possible because the end of the day we're trying to play a game and have fun. This is sometimes in games you're going to have serious moments at the end of the day we should all be able to someone get along in our group.
