Hello. We are an in person group of four who are all between 40 to 60 years old. Many of us have played multiple versions of D&D. We have currently been gaming together for about a year, though many of us have known each other longer.
We are currently playing Storm King's Thunder after having played Lost mine of Phandelver. We are attempting an on going campaign, mostly in the forgotten realms, by rotating the responsibility of dming. We have a basic plan to go into Waterdeep: Dungeon of the mad mage after the Storm King's series.
Being older players we understand life's demands. We have had a few players rotate into and out of our game. Currently our first Dm is unavailable, which lead to the rotation plan. We are seeking...
2 to 3 players. If your interested in taking a turn at dming, great! But it is in No way necessary!
Adult and mature. We are accepting of anyone who is 18+ and can be respectful of other peoples person, property, time, and emotions.
Folks who want to play in person with other people in a social setting on a regular basis, currently bimonthly on Saturday between 10 am to around 3 pm at a house near the University district of Seattle. Though sometimes we do change to a house in Federal way or Auburn. Our current planned schedule is 9-17-22, 10-1-22, and 10-15-22. Things come up and sometimes we have to adjust which Saturday s we play on. Sometimes this means we only play once in the month, sometimes three times, but usually it is twice per month.
People with the ability to get themselves to and from the game.
Having the ability to communicate and share in advance when they can participate and when they can not.
We are accepting of people whose life requires them to rotate in and out of the game, for work or other commitments, but such participants must understand that the table limit is set at 7. If there are currently 7 active players at the table each week, you may need to wait to be able to rotate back in. After all, committed continual participation should be its own reward.
Again I would like to stress this is an in person game!
Please feel free to message me privately in beyond if you are interested. I will likely introduce you to the other 3 by a private message so that questions can be answered and we can all figure out if we are a good fit for one another. Thanks for your time and consideration.
Just wanted to add a bump to this post. If you are a veteran player, that’s great but if you are new to the game that’s fine too, we will gladly help you learn the rules and play with us. Our play style is all about teamwork and having a fun time. Next game day is this Saturday.
