I'm looking for LGBTQ+/Ally and craft (kniting writing painting etc.) minded people to play with. I'll be leaving this open for a little while and give myself the chance to vibe check anyone who wants to play.

I prefer experienced or semi-experienced players. (I'm not confident in my teaching skills and I wouldn't recomend my world as a first experience.)

This will be over discord voice chat and owlbear. I don't have or know how to use any fancy dnd rescources. Maps and things will be developed over time. currently they are pretty basic. I am aquainting myself with audios to play to but again, not great there.

I love to see creative playing and unique ideas from time to time.

This will be an odd homebrew and I will be explaining my world and how I want it to work in the begining sessions through story, play, and info. The world WILL change over time both with and without direct player interference. Large changes will also be explained through story, play, and info.

There are a few generations of plot in case of TPK but I dont anticipate it. Also an option if we decide to lay the plot/characters to bed and begin again.

(I'm going to be really honest here. I have a general plot and a general overview of the world I'm building and I actually love this home brew but the lack of dnd in my life in any way shape and form has me burnt out on adding more and refining it. I just want to play at this point. I'm sure I will have the motivation to properly build it again if I can just play again.)

I'm more than expecting that it will be a little while of just orienting into the world and getting to know eachother as players in the setting before I move to the big big plot just so nobody is left scratching their heads. This sort of buffer would also give me more time to work on the big big plot and would honestly make it a lot better when we do get there.

Please ask questions if you have them. I firmly believe that questions facilitate better thought flow.

Hello! I am an artsy ally and interested. My discord is spookyooky#3333 - I am curious how flexible you’d be with the time frame - I can currently meet for the time decided but I have reason to believe my current job might shift my permanent schedule at some point and it’ll encroach a bit - if I’m a player and integrated into the group by that time, do you think that would be something we could work out?

Okay, so, I did a big dumb when I posted this somewhere around 2 in the morning (which is nowhere near the actual target time of the campaign itself.)

Let the valid bump commence:

Without too much revealing context, things this campaign plot ginuinely includes (as things of consequence):

• Cats,
• Chickens,
• Old Women in Cotages,
• Paintings of Cats,
• a Seamstress,
• Hiden Vilages that no one knows about untill you are brought there,
• ✨Coin Purse✨,
• Backstories of the Gods,
• a Jewlrey Box,
• a Kitchen Cabinet,
• Feather-less Owl,
• and -last but not least- Frog.

Sounds unhinged? Maybe. But they will all make sense sooner or later. One could even argue I've just made a scavenger hunt.

In true DND fashion (and really most stories do it) the plot will follow the players as they take a quest and find that they have stumbled into much more than the original quest outline stated. The quest line will inevitably change the world as the players know it and expand their understanding of the things and beings they enounter.

Although I am technically a new player, I have a couple of sessions under my belt and I have watched a fair amount of Critical Role as well.  My craft, if you would call it that, is photography; and I have dabbled in knitting and woodcraft in the past.

I know you might be full, but if not, I would love to join. I am a mid-experience player, I have dmed plenty of times before but the players that do play with me say that my dming style is unique so I was intrigued to see if your style was similar. I mostly like to play in a non-set world with some homebrew (don't really care much about the level) My crafts are a lot of digital art and drawing. and I do sometimes make cat sweaters for my cat, you might hear her in the background she can be pretty loud And another thing, you said you want creative players. Well, then I fit the threads' recommendations even well as I like to try new things and find different solutions to the obvious. The only notable downside is that I'm probably younger than everyone else on the server so I hope that doesn't deter you from adding me. I will friend you once I get the chance to for now I will hope that you consider my offer.
