Rules:
You are to be on time, I would even suggest 5 minutes early so we do not waste time.
Absences for long periods of time are unacceptable (unless due to hospitalization, family emergency, etc.) as is tardiness over long periods of time.
Lines of Communication must be clear between DM and Player. If you have something to say please do so, so that we can work towards improving the quality of our game.
There will be no interruption when others are RPing, there will be a section called Mid RP for that.
You will respect your fellow players and your DM. If I hear any aggressions from one player to another that is not Roleplay you will receive a verbal warning and if the behavior continues, you will be kicked out of session. This also includes outbursts towards anyone of any kind.
When it comes to a traumatic event it must be reported to me and I must watch to see if you are fit for play. For your mental health and the mental health of everyone around you. I do not need to know the full details if it is to personal, I only need to know that it was traumatic enough to change how you are at said time.
There will be no PVP or Theft unless agreed upon.

The setting is known as The End of Yul (Man and Beast). War is brewing on the Kingdom of Storga's front doorstep. The Ravaged Wilds are under attack, the newly formed beastmen are being abducted and enslaved by the power hungry Daemonian peoples. It is up to the Storgan peoples and the Beastmen also known as the Ravagers to unite against this threat. You the player will play one of the following: A free peasant, a serf, a knight, a vassal, a lord, or a royal councilor to the king. Will the Ravagers and the Storgans be able to overcome the heavy Daemonian threat? That my friends is up to you.

Small Background Story: A now retired wizard - knight still haunted from his experiences on the battle field Raylof has been given a small section of land and home that he tends for with only one other, another retired solider with my worse injuries than himself. He spends most of his days in the gardens tending to the fields and wildlife or in his homestead at the bottom of a bottle. He has a prosthetic arm after suffering a mortal wound on the battlefield that resulted in his discharge as a capable knight of both weapon and magic, he now only can use the limited knowledge of magic he holds with the spell book gifted to him by a fallen friend.
I've been looking for a group to play DnD with for a good few years and have only managed to be semi-successful. I'm mostly familiar with the rules through watching various DnD streams and playing in a few scattered one-shots, but do bear with me if I'm not quite as studious or knowledgeable as some players.
One other thing to note is that I'm from London in the UK, so your 3-6pm time frame will run from 8-11pm for me, which shouldn't be a problem.

(My character backgrounds can get a good bit more involved than that, but rarely require much effort on the part of a GM.)
