Game style: A roleplay heavy campaign that will have everything from classic dungeons, city exploration, traversing around the continent, fighting dragons, encountering fey, and becoming heroes. Like any campaign, there will be intense and serious moments and elements of horror, but there will also be plenty of laughs, jokes, and tomfoolery.

About The Campaign
Our adventure opens in the southern town of Trostenwald, a large town nestled in the southernmost point of the Empire. It is the eighth day of the month of Sydenstar, in the year 835 PD. To commemorate the holiday of Highsummer on the 15th, Starosta Fryda Langer has organized a week long celebration full of non-stop festivities!
The day is filled with bard song, music, and the cheers of families while the nights are a bit rowdier. The entire town and it's surrounding tillage seem to be present overflowing the bustling streets enjoying the reprieve from the uncertainty and anxiety brought upon by the escalation of War between the Dwendallian Empire and Kryn Dynasty.
Campaign direction will be further fleshed out during and after session 0 so that everyone's input can be taken into account. The plot will greatly rely on character backstory and the stories that the players wish to tell.

To make the character feel more like main characters as the campaign progresses I plan to introduce Grim Hollow's Transformations to each character as we progress. Each player will pick a transformation during character creation/backstory writing that you wish to work towards so that I can include your steps towards becoming something greater into your story. I am also open to working with players to create a custom transformation if none quite fit.

About Me As A DM
My name is Hannah (she/her) and I've been playing D&D5e for about 5 years. I have experience with PF2e, Call of Cthulhu, Mutants and Masterminds, Eclipse Phase, and just about every 5e conversion out there.

I live by rule of cool and always encourage players to explore creative solutions to the challenges put before them. I am more than happy to work with players to make adjustments in the name of both balance and fun to existing classed, subclasses, backgrounds, and whatever else to make things more fun and satisfying for players. All within reason of course. All that being said, I do prefer to keep away from fully homebrew subclasses and instead tweak existing.

- Discord- (Optional but encouraged) The rest of the table will be using cams for the game, you don't need to jump right into it when you are just getting to know everyone else but it is something I hope that you would be open to.
