Welcome to Glass Dao! In this world, each player will be alone, and can drop in and out whenever. When you post, I respond to you individually, so this is like a 1 player video game. This way, you can spend as much time as you want playing or not playing uninterrupted. You can stay super active for years or pop on once a week a few time. Either way, all players are welcome. Yes, you are in the same world, and you can meet each other. Great for casual or dedicated play, and for anyone who wants a 1 player game. The best part is that you can group up with other players and make it a group game if you really want, just be warned that doing so could slow down gameplay. This is an open world game for level 3 characters. To be recruited, simply describe your character and then begin posting. Now, I'll describe the world you're in. I will reply quickly, within a couple hours on most days.

It's as if there is no sea or sky in this realm. There is no day or night here, only lights out and lights on time. The Dao Lord of this realm has turned to Glass, leaving the endless caverns of Arcalia ungoverned. Beneath us is the caverns, and above us even more. But now the caverns are crumbling, and rumor has it the Dao has awakened, but still trapped in a nearly powerless glass form. The Dao seeks to gain power at whatever cost is necessary. But the man who turned him into glass is still alive, hidden in the depths of the Scarlet Cross Thieves Guild. Arcalia has started to patch the cracks of society only to be brought at the brink of civil war, as both the man that froze the Dao and the Dao himself compete for the throne of the king, who has fled the scene out of fear. Few have the courage to find out the Dao's secrets, secrets that could lead to endless wealth. But who is this Dao really, and who is this man who cursed him? Only peril will tell.

Yes hello I am interested in this pbp campaign i only have a rough idea for a pc they are a Thri-kreen rogue named Kriket Clandestant and he is just a silly guy who is trying his best to learn about humanoids and he has shiny objects syndrome and loves taking(stealing) shiny things regardless of the value and trys his best to pass himself off as a humanoid to try to avoid suspicion -- but yeah if you what to connect me dm me on discord @ descent_snowball
