I’m a new-ish DM putting together a group for long-term D&D campaigns and stuff. We’ll meet biweekly, mostly on Friday or Saturday evenings (CST), and I’m pretty flexible on exact times.
My goal is to build a forever group of new players that are just starting out so we can learn and grow together, especially with other new or fairly new players who want to dive in, figure things out as a team, and have fun along the way.I’m open to both pre-written adventures and homebrew worlds—whatever keeps things exciting and story-rich.
We’ll play over Discord using voice/video, dndbeyond for encounters and character sheets, and have text channels for chatting and keeping the camaraderie going between sessions. I mostly run with the 2024 rules, but I like to blend in some 2014 material where it adds flavor or fills in gaps—especially for classes.
I’m all about the Rule of Cool—if it’s clever, funny, or makes the story more fun, I’ll probably allow it. Looking for people who want to laugh, roleplay, and help shape an adventure we’ll remember for a long time.
