Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Online Experience: a few years Location/Timezone: Im from New Zealand, NZT/NZST = GMT+13 Availability: Im looking for a game on Thursday's my time, for North america it would be Wednesdays. For the time im looking for something that starts around 12pm-1:30pm Preferred role: Player Game style: im looking for a casual or roleplay focused game
The character i want to run is a new run of my first ever character Silas Victor - Necromancer Wizard or another subclass of wizard (depends on if id get curb stomped by the party for being a necromancer) I like to craft my own spells while in character so a game with down time/spare time for in-character roleplay moments often would be good. The way i like to make the spells is work it out with the dm of the spell details - level, effect, and components. then in character do research and some experiments, working things out rolling some rolls and making it in-character (working out another way with the dm is also cool, i just want to be able to make spells again) He's a 6'10 Human with a "allergic" to natural magic in the air, more of a strange illness then an actual allergic and so he wears a large metal filter mask that covers most of his face and down his neck a ways, his hair is blue from the same illness that makes him sick.
His backstory is sorta Dark, with being abandoned because of his illness and taken in by a noble elven family that trained him in wizard magic from a young age, treating him as an investment instead of a person, eventually selling/trading him to a merchant, the merchant kept him in his home as a general magic servant. he slept in the same area as the house's guard dog, eventually he snuck away, stealing some things from the merchants home and taking the dog with him as neither were treated very well.
He was more or less a child slave, trained and sold, and eventually running away. His mannerisms are cold, blunt, and rude to most people.
Thats a general outline of his stuff, more can be added but the core of his story is not open to changes but adding in lighter or even darker elements are fine, his dog is not something that cant be taken away either. I have a Picrew, a rather old digital drawing, and im working on a new artwork of him.
