Less of an issue, more of a question. I have quite a bit of partial purchases online, making the overall price of the digital book cheaper. That is not reflected in the app. Will it be in the future or are they completely separate?
I know a simple fix is to just order it on the website, but it confused me so I'm hoping this will help others with my same question!
Due to polices and terms set forth by the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, we are unable to recognize or mention previously earned credits within the app. See BadEye's post here for a little more information.
If you wish to take advantage of the partial content purchases or unlock the entirety of a book, we encourage you to do so through the website.
Purchases made in app do apply credit towards the Legendary Bundle and the Legendary Bundles does grant 15% off in the app (rounded up to the nearest dollar).
I thank you both very much! I figured that was the case, but I did want to inquire to confirm this. It is good to know about the Legendary Bundle details, so thank you for bringing that up! I'm slowly whittling away at it to a point where my wife will let me get it(; haha

D&D Beyond FoundersThe app is heavily restricted by the framework in the apple/google shops, which doesn't allow discounts to be given in such a manner.
If you have partial purchases, you are strongly advised to only use the website to upgrade to the full book, as you noticed.
