I accidentally deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now it's saying that I've logged into the maximum number of devices and won't let me login. I'm not sure if this is a Twitch problem or a D&D Beyond problem.
Take a look at the mobile devices associated with your account here:

Unless you have a subscription, you're limited to 2 devices. If you delete one or more from that screen, you will be able to add new devices.

That did it. For some reason, it viewed the same device as an additional device. I only have this logged into my phone and tablet.
