In the app it is showing but it says it is not available in my country, I live in Canada and I have ordered the essentials kit but hasn't arrived from target as it isn't released yet. But the question remains why is it showing at all at this time?

A code comes with the box set. It's likely showing on mobile so that you can browse it once you redeem the code.
