You could probably just reflavor a club? It's got the appropriate bludgeoning damage for that, and even has the one-handed and light properties if you wanted to use two weapon fighting- but remember your flurry of blows still has to be unarmed attacks.
If you are just reaching for flavor, remember that weapon stats can be repurposed via the martial arts ability to create martial arts themed weapons such as the nunchucks, 3 section staff, butterfly sword, etc.. For example, a cestus could have dagger stats. Plus, it then gives you something for your Artificer to enchant.

Is there something a monk could use that is similar to a knuckle duster , that it could use as a martial weapon.
Only with homebrew. There isnt anything "official" in 5e for knuckledusters.

There is the insignia of claws in HotDQ, it is classes as a wonderous item but it could easily be reflavours as a magical knuckle duster.
