Way of the Shadow Monk

Despite deleting and rebuilding my monk character and trying to ensure proper source books are in use, I STILL can't get access to this monk sub-class, despite it being a 2014 staple item.

Can anyone help me this time to fix?

 Why would you want to use the 2014 Monk, when the 2025 Monk is superior in quality?
