From what I’ve read, feats are rarely a good idea as a monk. You want to max out your dexterity and then your wisdom. Fortunately, you can get them both to 20 by level 16 with this build and still use your epic boon (irresistible offense is what I would recommend with how many times you attack.)
If you were in a position to take feats (which i don’t believe you are with your stats (which is a good thing)), I would be recommending either grappler for its’ many combos or inspiring leader for the wisdom and boost in HP.
Assuming 2024 rules, I would look at the feats Grappler and Speedy. Grappler lets you grapple without giving up one of your attacks (which is awesome since Four Elements Monks can grapple from 15' away). Speedy feat makes you an even better skirmisher by making you both more mobile and harder to hit with opportunity attacks. Both are really good options on a Monk.
Honorable mention goes to Crusher for pushing enemies with bludgeoning attacks (your fists count), and Skulker for the 10' Blindsight (really good if you have another party member that likes to cast Darkness).

Do note, however, that you generally can't use 2024 Crusher Feat's 5' Push option and the 2024 Warrior of the Elements Elemental Strikes feature to push/pull the target 10' on the same attack; Crusher requires that the attack deal Bludgeoning Damage; Elemental Strikes requires that the attack deal Acid, Cold, Fire, Lightning, or Thunder damage.

So I'm a Four Elements monk who just got to lvl 4, I have 13 str, 16 dex, 13 const, 16 wisdom and 12 cha ( we rolled the stats).
I was thinking should I get a feat that increases the const by 1 or should I put a +2 into dex?
I'd go with the +2 to DEX. That'll boost your AC, to hit, and damage. Deflect attack and disengage can keep you alive.
Just to be clear, is this definitely (2014) Way of the Four Elements Monk, and not the (2024) Warrior of the Elements Monk?
The feats themselves (and the rules surrounding them) can be very different depending on whether playing under 2014 or 2024 rules.

If you are using 2024 - grappler, magic initiative Druid (wisdom), sentinel.
if you’re 2014, boost Dex or Wisdom
difference is the 1/2 feat and ASI in 2024.

I'd start with deleting that character and go with arrays.
