Can a Mercy Monk split up its 3 Flurry of Healings between different party members?
When you use Flurry of Blows, you can replace each of the Unarmed Strikes with a use of Hand of Healing without expending Focus Points for the healing.
Seems like you should. It's akin to splitting up your Flurry of Blows between multiple enemies.
However, it should be noted that the rules technically don't say that you can move around in the middle of a bonus action, so under a strict reading of the rules you would only be able to use it on multiple targets if they're all within touch range. Not all DMs actually enforce this — I personally don't — but some do.
My understanding FOB's can't be used like separate attack actions. That is you can't use one of your FOB's then move and use another FOB on something else, and do the same to something else.

Interesting. But if you didn't move, you could still split up the attacks/healing so long as the targets were within range?

Yeah. There’s nothing saying they have to be directed at the same target.
How or when do you get 3 flurry attacks? I only see you get 2.
Yes, you get 2 extra BA attacks with Flurry of Blows at level 10. But Monk already gets a BA attack at level 1 called Bonus Unarmed Strike. So 3 total attacks on your BA when using Flurry of Blows.

No, you get 1BA attack or spend a ki point and you now get 2 attacks during your BA. You don't get 1+2 attacks. There is nothing I can find that you keep your original attack.

It’s not that you “keep your original attack”. It’s that at level 10, you can make three attacks with Flurry of Blows instead of two.
Yeah, not sure what the confusion is? Either way, to the OP, the 3 attacks all happen during your Bonus Action, so the question remains either way.
Saw some other stuff saying 2024 rules changed to specify movement between attacks, not between Bonus Action attacks, should you have them. But also easy enough to allow anyway as a homebrew.

I think what was confusing was that you described Flurry of Blows as adding one (or two, at level 10) attacks to your existing bonus action attack. While it amounts to the same thing, technically Flurry of Blows is two (or three, at level 10) attacks that are replacing your one bonus action attack. A very literal-minded person might take issue with that distinction, although it doesn't really matter n practice.

The 2014 Player's Handbook had a rule that said "If you take an action that includes more than one weapon attack" you can move between those attacks. The 2024 Player's Handbook moved this rule to be explicitly part of the Attack action, so technically now it only applies to that action.
It was never super clear whether the 2014 rule was meant to apply to bonus actions that included multiple attacks anyway. The 2014 rules' use of the term "action" was wildly inconsistent in whether it only applied to actual "full actions" or also included bonus actions.

Yes. There's nothing that says you can't do that.

This is granted by a level 10 class feature called Heightened Focus.
