I am 3rd level way of the open hand monk with a decent strength and constitution at 14 due to making a character sheet with no much knowledge (my first).
Is a multiclass with barbarian worth it? A strength with flurry of blows and also more unarmored benefits.
If the issue is as a new player you made a decision when making your character that you now regret I would speak to your DM about making appropriate changes to your abilities. (By the way I would say 14 Con is probably optimal in a monk but moving strength to dexor wis will probably make your character more effective)
Assumnming that is not an option:
What are your Dex and Wis? Are you planning on just a level or two of barb or go barb all the way from now?
Multi-classing doesn't generally work well with monks it is very feature rich and you will always be short of ki.
Your AC will only improve if your Con is greater than your Wis, rage will give you some useful resistance and access to martial weapons can increase your damage if dedicated weapon is allowed. A second level gives you reckless attack but you don't really have the hit points for that to be regualrly worth while but danger sense will be of use. So you don't gain nothing by multi classing but I still think you would be more effective as a single class. Depending on the rest of your stats you migfht opt to go strength monk but that is really as MAD as multiclassing

The unarmored AC calculations for monk and barbarian do not stack so you would need to choose which to use.
