I am not a beekeeper, but I am very fond of living and bees make living much more enjoyable.
Anyways here is a bee themed homebrew monster I created quite a while ago. I made this before I really knew how to create homebrew monsters, so it isn't the best, but I still like the idea.

I like bees, I'm studying them by proxy right now.
However, would I have to like honeycomb to join?
That may be difficult as I have trypophobia.
Nope, just bees! I've got trypophobia too.
How are you studying bees by proxy?
Well, I'm in a class on Food and Agriculture and bees are excellent pollinators.
So I'm studying plants, in which we talk about Pollination, in which we talk about bees.
It's abit roundabout, but it's been a blast.
That sounds really cool, actually. Plants are awesome, I love plants. And in the same roundabout way, ergo, I love bees.
Have you learned anything interesting about plants and bees?
Most certainly, I think any shot at a general overview would be foolish as I have 22 pages of notes thus far, but some highlights on plants could be its production as general commodities. "FAOSTAT compare" has some very interesting information on the international commodity market on plants going back to reports from said countries as far back as 1948 (or whenever the country became independent since then). Which I suppose isn't the most exciting, but as far as bees go:
Bee boxes, they just remind me of loot crates or mini-hotels. Like Central Valley in California has no natural biotic pollinators, so the farmers pay for commercial bee companies to drop off a box, the bees pollinate to their hearts content, get sleepy and go back to the box, and get picked back up to go elsewhere. Additionally, when planting /growing season is over all the bees get trucked over to South Dakota to vacation in the National Wildflower Reserve (USA). And this happens everywhere. There's a real fun looking bee-box company in the Netherlands that I cannot remember the name of.
Yeah, it is sad. I'm a beekeeper, so I get stung all the time. Not fun, but you learn to live with it.
