With a successful DC 11 investigation check you can find the pools

The pools are all made of glass, over-hanging empty space.  Some water runs of into the void, like an infinity pool, only to be sucked back up after 5 ft of falling. There are four pools: A cold pool, an athletics pool,  a Jacuzzi, and a diving pool which has a diving board, small plants and corral at the bottom,  and real fish. The cold pool and diving pool are infinity pools.

He jumps in, swimming straight to the bottom. Zalius suddenly hears Chan's voice, but in his head. "Hello Zalius. Can you understand me?"

"This is something that all thri-kreen can do. Our telepathy comes quite in handy when you are in need of privacy during a conversation. Or when you're underwater, like us."

 "Yes. Watch this."  As he floats in the middle of the pool, his body begins to change. His carapace seems to shimmer and sway, shifting colors until you have to look hard to see him properly (Stealth 22).
