A woman walks in with two great stone golems behind her. The golems are made out of white marble with iron veins through the stone that glitter like gems. The heads are shaped to resemble a helmed warrior, goldens eyes peeked out from the slits in the helms. They each had a diamond in the center of their chest that was shaped like a square. They both held great swords that were imbued with runes, the swords were made out of thick cut metal with marble handles.
The woman stood almost 7 feet tall. She had ivory-like skin that almost the color of the golems behind her, long raven-black wavy hair that ended at her lower back, amber eyes that were the color of tree sap with golden speckles in them, and delicate features like that of a doll. She was clothed in a white blouse that was soft to the touch and that had long sleeves like that of a kimono, a floor-length skirt that sweep across the floor like a ballgown, metal heeled boots that quietly made a metal "clink" each time that tapped across the floor, and a thin silver band around her neck.
She sat down at a table as the golem took either side of her like guards poised to kill anything that got near her. She ordered a tea and hot meal for the moment before resting her head on her hand and watching the room.
Vivian drops out of the cieling into the chair across her, "Hi there!"
The golem move to raise the swords before the woman holds up a hand and they stop. "Hello there" she said and smiled
"I like your statues," she say, ignoring that she could've been stabbed
"They are golems dear child" she said
"But they're stone?"
She nods "My name is Sarah Ultide. Great mechanic of the golden army. I have many centuries of lives under my belt."
"Golden army?" Her eyes light up, "I read story books about them!"
"Ah, so my achievements have been recorded in history!" she said with a grin "Ill tell you a secret dear if you promise to keep it and never tell a soul" she said and raised a delicate finger to her lips.
Ennard smiles. "It's simply a talent I have. Of course, my nature as a being helps. I know what people want, what they fear. I can make my food the spitting image of desire that very few can resist."
"Oh, wonderful!" Rusty politely claps. "I am very jealous of that skill. Is toymaking another talent of yours?"
"Yes, but all I have is talent. I haven't found a toymaker willing to train a creature such as myself."
At that, Rusty excitedly stands up. "Would you accept a proposal, then?"
"Ah, a fine gesture. I will accept... once I know the conditions, of course. I don't make lopsided deals."
"Oh, don't worry, my conditions are that for as long as I teach you, you must not be afraid to let your true form show in the light." Rusty smiled and sat back down, grabbing a chicken leg.
"Ah. I'm afraid that I cannot take that deal."
Rusty seems a bit disappointed. "May I ask why?"
"I'm afraid that this is as close as I've gotten to normality. And, more importantly, if people saw my true appearance as soon as they entered, they would leave immediately."
"Well, I saw your true form when I entered, and did not flee. And who is to judge what is 'normal'? I do not conform myself to the standards of others, and anyone who aspires to be great should do the same, dear friend. And you, certainly, have the potential to be great." Rusty took a bite of the chicken, biting through the bone and chewing.
It's the best chicken Rusty has ever tasted. Chicken so good, an animal would willingly die if it knew it was going to taste like this.
"Wonderful sentiment, but not one I can subscribe to. You see, do not care for making art for its own sake. I use my toys and my food to lure in guests, much like yourself. It's all part of the spectacle. I could not survive outside of the dark for long. The magic is just for protection."
Rusty put his hat back on and slyly smiled under it. "Then might I open a window for just a moment to show you something?"
The monster summons a dark, intricate cloak over its shoulders.

Rusty dipped his head in thanks, moving over to the nearest window, cracking it open. "If you would, please look just down there on the road. It will be quite obvious what I want to show you.
If Ennard looks down, he'll see a large carriage made of black wood accented by white iron, pulled by two horses, one a light silver grey, similar to Rusty's hair, and the other a deep velvet black, looking like a living shadow almost. At just a glance, it is very clear that there is something magical about the carriage, for it has no windows, and the only door into it was the back door, and even that had no window, also being very hard to tell against the carriage. Currently it is open, with a blank wooden puppet about half the size of Rusty standing next to it, and a glance into it reveals that the inside is much, much larger than the outside, so that is most likely the magical feeling coming from it.

"I suppose I should vocally elaborate a bit more. The implication I am providing with this is a home. On the inside is a house equivalent to a mansion, with a large kitchen and a larger dining hall. In my years, I have made many objects like that wooden figure there to serve as my staff, and they follow orders to the very last word. It is quite lonely there by myself, even with my staff. After this little speech, Rusty smiles up at Ennard, letting the implications sink in.
