The scarecrow appears to be wandering through a field of wheat. The stalks of grain wither and die in his presence and the harsh cries of a thousand crows deafen the air around him. He seems to be carving a strange sort of pattern into the field of grain.
“Crop circles don’t convince anyone anymore, you know.” A voice says behind.
"I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything." the scarecrow says with its arms spread wide to allow the blackbirds a place to perch. "I'm just trying to use my curse to bring about beauty."

"Thank you for understanding. If you do find out something incriminating about me, please include me as one of the people you interview. I mean, If I'm already going to be called out for it, might as well have it be the truth, right?"

<Alright then.> Caramel runs down to the water and leaps in.
"That is very forgiving for a journalist. Hmm... I expect good things from you." He places a big, soft paw on Nai's shoulder. "Keep up the good work. Just be sure to spread information, not fear. It's easy to make that mistake, and even I myself am guilty of such a crime."
<Grab whatever tickles your fancy.> He climbs up a tree with his one exposed arm and examines some eggs. He climbs back down and goes for a different nest.

He turns to you, "Boundless beauty. Without it, we would have no wine, no mead, no cider, no cheese. Dance and party today my friend and rot and ferment tomorrow so that those who come after you can drink and feast in their time."
He turns his black button eyes to the path of blighted straw that he has carved into the field. "Besides, this rot ain't senseless. I am using it as a paintbrush. Creating my own patterns and designs in the field so that my feathered friends up above could have something pretty to look up on." He gestures to the murder of crows blackening the sky above the field.

The air seems to become electric, sending the feeling of energy through everyone and everything. The clouds overhead, once few and far between, have began to roll in. Thunder fills the air like drums while lighting plays in the safety of the clouds, lighting them up for all to see.
In the field outside the tavern, the wind begins to pick up. There is a mass, in the center of the field, that seems to be getting up from its resting spot on the ground. Little bits that fly around with the wind seems magnetically attracted to this mass and seem to attach to it's skin, melting in to its new form.
It stands up, shivering a bit. The area around it seems to warp and fluxate for a moment. The wind dies down and the thunder and lightning stops, rain now falling to the ground. The rain is not normal though, each droplet of water is the very essence of color.
The being, with skin the color of almonds and hair the color of flaxed gold, stands amongst it all. Their eyes are filled with wonder and amazement or the area around them, a bright warm smile on their face.
