They hear something so loud it disturbs their meditation, a violent heat and the sound of explosions filling the air.
A full suit of plate armor stumbles through the forest loosely, before arriving in front of them, collapsing and beginning to snore loudly, the moss on their body glowing softly.
“I would suggest flexibility. I’m not very flexible, but I’ve never tried to be.” He says tearing the arrow out of his chest.

“I wouldn’t say to do that, more do workouts without equipment. It allows you to workout more consistently.”

“That would build a strong core and arms, so I suppose that’s good. You should work out the entire body though, so weight training is good too.”
