The Northern Hemisphere Hospital has reopened its doors in town, showcasing a freshly renovated space that features an expanded area at the back and some inviting new details on the front facade. The hospital now boasts a modern look while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Since its reopening, the NHH has seen a significant influx of patients. Among them are individuals suffering from physical injuries—some from accidents, while others are coping with emotional distress, seeking support after difficult experiences.
Behind the reception desk, a friendly crocodile dressed in colorful scrubs greets patients with a warm smile. They deftly assist visitors in filling out their intake forms on sturdy brown clipboards, all while humming a cheerful tune. This compassionate creature provides small comforts, offering complimentary bottles of water, healthy snacks, and gentle guidance for those who need help navigating the paperwork.
As the soft jingle of a small bell rings beside their desk, the crocodile promptly attends to the next patient. With a reassuring nod, they lead the individual through the swinging metal doors, which lead into the hospital's dimly lit internal corridors, a place where healing and care await just out of sight.
Due to Rag's... proportional size to most things, he has decided to patiently wait outside to introduce himself to those within, requesting to meet the secretary nurse as well as the doctor. Unwittingly the massive man appears as some kind of beyond human bouncer, though his friendly smile puts those he meets at ease as he leans against the side of the building. His outfit has not changed much, though he has decided to leave his axe on his back, not wanting to look like an executioner to those within.

The crocodile walks out, holding a clipboard "Oh my! never had one of your size here!" She chirps happily "I am so sorry dear, the good doctor unfortunately cannot step outside. The light hurts his eyes badly."

He smiles down to the crocodile without a bit of disappointment "Oh that is fine, though I do believe there are very few of my size. Nice to meet you, Ragnerious, but everyone just calls me Rag." He stretches out a hand to shake, his hands pristine, because who goes to a hospital by choice with dirty hands.

Sparrow gives it to them, and it isn't that far because of the fact it is a children's book. He listens to Phoenix, like a child would to their teacher.

She shakes it back "What may I help you with until he is able to see you dear?"
"Very nice to meet you dear, my name is Adeline. You may call me Addy." They nod and scribble down his name "Are you here to see the good doctor?"
He nods. "...my wife...she said I should.." he mumbles. He fidgets with the cracker pack, breaking a few on accident
They nod "Of course dear. Are you in any physical pain at the moment?"
He shakes his head. He snaps another cracker on accident.
They nod and smile "Thats good dear, I am glad." they stand up "The good doctor will get you soon okay?"
He nods, sitting there. He fidgets with his wedding ring, twisting it over and over, the skin underneath red and slightly raw from the chafing.
After about 10 minutes, she comes back and helps him up. She opens the swinging metal doors and leads him back into the dark. He can feel creatures scurrying past him in the dark before Addy laughs gently "Don't mind them, those are the cleaners. They are shy and won't harm a fly, they just eat the things we can't just throw into the garbage.'

"I was simply happy to see there was a medical center in town and wanted to greet the generous people within." He says, clasping his hands together politely.
