Outside the tavern, magically, a wedding venue has been set up. White and Black roses cover a trellis near the front with blackened vines. Bouquets of Blight Flowers line the venues like deadly little body guards for the marriage between Sparrow and Stroth. Black soft chains line up in rows up to the front of the trellis and a ground is checkered like a big chess board. It's almost like Alice in wonderland sort of feel to it all. Random monsters and humanoids of different kinds have appears mingling amongst each other.
Merabelle, Felix, KK, Thane, Thirteen, Isaac, and even Grimes have been invited to this event. Stroth stands near the front, greeting people. She wears a dress made entirely from human bones. Her hair has been cut, either side of her head being shaved down to the stubble and the middle kept long and tied back.
Thirteen enters the venue, dressed in his finest sylvan robes, and Caramel perched on his shoulder. He looks very impressed by the scenery.
Rio’s already inside, and doing his absolute best to not sulk.
Stroth waves to both of them. She gives Thirteen a quick hug and then walks over to Riotan "Hi.." she says and smiles. She gives him a longer hug "Thank you."
Thirteen and Caramel both take their seats and watch the proceedings with mild interest. Rio hugs her back, and when she draws away, he looks different. Less like he’s forcing anything. “You’re welcome. I had to be here, didn’t I? And maybe I’ll meet someone whose skin would make a good vrock…”
"No, that's not what I meant." She said "Thank you for being there for me. Thank you for being my friend throughout everything." She smiles.
“You make it sound like it was a trouble.” He chuckles.
"I was a pain in the arse sometimes."
“That’s the case with everyone. ‘Specially me.”
She chuckles and smiles at him "Still, after all this time, I thank you for it all." She said.
“Yeah. But hey, how ‘bout this?” He gestures to their surroundings. “You’re getting married!”
"It feels like a weird dream I had as a kid.. now it's real. I am so happy but also scared.."
“You deserve to be this happy. And I know you and Sparrow will keep that kind of thing up for as long as you’re together.”

"Yeah! I made a couple mugs this time around, and with my increased culinary skills I was able to make them all great!" He declines the mug, but he's smiling.
"Power drain on the spotlights is up 70% from normal and they remain at half brightness. I know when I see hunger."
"I'm glad you like it!" She responds, taking another sip. "How long have you been practicing your culinary skills?"
"Ah, I suppose it wasn't as subtle as I thought." It responds, some of its flower heads turning away and ceasing their drain on the light's energy. "You said the Gloaming Sea has... infinite energy?"
"Since I was around eight, so... forty years, give or take."
"If you can access it, yes. It's quite dark, I'm afraid, so you'll need a being like me to harness it before it can be used properly. Think of it as chemical energy, and I'm a combustion engine."
"Wow, that's incredible! Oh, what do you think was the most difficult thing you've made?" She takes another sip of cocoa, genuinely seeming curious.
"Interesting... I suppose I'm more like a solar panel in that sense." It chuckles a bit, the whipping snow-stormy sky growing a bit dimmer for a second- as if the sun was afraid of it.

He listens to points to the hole. "Do you think we could make it bigger using it?"

“Hopefully!” Loriche grins manically and continues whacking the wall with her pick.
“I need information. You’ve told me basically nothing. On what grounds are you pursuing separation?”
“Well go on, girl! The ceremony’s soon!” He hugs her one last time, grinning.
"No. Everything in here that is meant to be on the menu is dead." He chuckles.
He watches as another tiny bit chips away.
"Abuse, neglect, emotional manipulation." He says.
She nods and disappears towards the front.
“Thank God. I hate those crawly little bastards… always teleporting around everywhere… building portals out of industrial-grade ethereal silk…”
“We need like a jackhammer or something, don’t we?” She chuckles as she continues to strike the wall, pouring out 900 years of anger into it.
“Good grounds. I need examples. If you aren’t comfortable stating them directly, you can write them down.”
"Don't worry. I have already pre-approved the menu for the next couple of days so you shouldn't have to deal with them." He says, nodding.
With a single mighty hit, a rather big chunk break off. Through wooden beams, insulation, plaster, and aluminum siding, a hole to the outside. In the little space between the walls, something lies in the darkness amongst wiring, pipes, and wood.
"I will write them down then." He says and stands up "Forgive me, I have a headache..."
