If the MoW raging on Yondor's side are in his control then they have the same right to rage as I do.

 They have the right to rage because they are Yvonne's and she's letting me borrow them, and she specifically chose the 10 that I have. 

Special ability: Outrage. If you lose a fight, then you can sacrifice 5 MoW to activate a rage. This rage lasts until the end of the next battle. Whilst in a rage, all your MoW's d4's become d6's. Be careful though, if you lose a battle whilst in a rage, then you lose twice as many MoW!

It's not determined by whether I had them at any given point: It's decided by the original Faction that created them. If I still had the 30 you gave me, I wouldn't be able to Rage with them because they did not originate in my Faction, and therefore did not share the Omega Faction's special attributes & weaknesses.

It doesn't matter about who is holding them at any given moment: What allows them to Rage is that I was the one who created them.

I'm going to wait for drummer to decide but I see your point.
