The entire room is covered in candles. Knocking them over would be unfortunate...

Rotterharn does not trip up on any of the candles. Clearly though, these cultists did not pay attention to the Health and Safety code of conduct...
He does, however, trip up on a perfectly-placed skull that was going to be part of a ritual. Now, the skull has been moved and is useless to the cult
