'What do you mean? Did I send the wrong message or something?'

"No, I don't know why you needed it, but you did," they pull out a small journal and start writing frantically.

'Um, is everything ok? And... this is just very awkward. I've never been kissed before. Most people aren't interested in a sewer scavenger, and it's not like I'm too bothered by that. Hey, what're ya writing?'

 Siberius appears to be engrossed in what they're writing. The characters are written in ancient infernal, translating roughly to:

Flint cannot read ancient infernal, so does not know any of this. He does, however, know that it is some sort of infernal she is writing in. 'What I don't get is why? Why d'ya do it?' he asks, referring to the kiss

 They almost break under the stress they put themself in as they nearly scream "I don't know" and start crying.

Flint sort of steps back, confused. 'Um, are you ok?'

Flint knows very little about relationships. Usually, you kiss someone when you like someone? Do they like him? He doesn't know. And what would that even mean?
