Hamilton is quietly growling, sensing something.

'I will, if I can. What do I need to do?' Flint is clearly worried about Ashleigh, but also knows that challenging a demon to single combat or whatever is likely to result in his death and Ashleigh's continued enslavement

'What was it, Ashleigh? It's fine if you don't want to talk about it, but if it's anything I could help with, then it might be better if I knew'

 Hamilton has jumped out of Oslo's arms and is sniffing the area.

'A glowing metal skeleton? And it was after you? Where did this happen?'

'That was what it was? I was sorta wondering. Do you know anything about it?'

He mutters to himself 'In the sewers? That's not good.'

A tall dark haired man dressed in reasonably expensive but comfortable clothes walks into the tavern. He goes up to the bar, orders a beer and talks to the bartender.

”Greetings, friend! My name is Daniel Pierce. Former adventurer, now a magic item trader. Can you tell me where I might find the proprietor of YonStore?”

While he’s waiting for an answer, Daniel sits back with his beer and starts people watching (he’s a curious and somewhat empathetic soul, especially for a merchant).

*Not sure when Yondor will be back, btw most of the characters who are on in the last few days are not in the tavern, in case you were wondering why it is quiet*

*See ya. So far, there's a noodle bar which is pretty popular, and for some reason (my fault), a lot of characters have ended up in the sewers*

Daniel decides he’s hungry, so he’s gonna go look for the noodle bar. He also keeps an eye on the manhole covers for anyone who might be crawling out of the sewer system.

On the way to the noodle bar, he sees a scrawny half-elf in an alleyway. His pallid skin is streaked with grime, and he has a large rat perched on his shoulder.

Oslo and Hamilton are also at the noodle bar

 "Yeah I did-but wait a trail of blood? Where?"

'In the sewers. Ashleigh was taken by some sort of skeleton monster. It was that that knocked me out'

*I'm guessing some time has passed, as when this conversation first started, Flint had no idea what had happened. Maybe Flint is now talking down to Red through a grating, or Red has climbed out onto the surface?*

The imp catches up to Flint. He looks seriously out of breath (he can't travel by pipes and he has short legs).

"*Huff, puff,* F[GP]! How are you so fast?!"
