'Goodbye Ernst, this is a very nice carnival!' Flint goes to where they are out of earshot. 'Hey Sie, there was a massive fleshy thing on the ceiling, and the guy was a lizard. This whole place is a trap! We need to get out of here!'

As he doesn't want to be seen leaving, in case there are supernatural guards working for the ringmaster, he exits via a toilet. He leaves a small note on the toilet paper reading 'this place is not what it seems'

Flint goes to the ledge he usually sits on in the central tunnel. 'I don't know what in the Ten Temples that carnival is, but it's bad news. Hope ya weren't enjoying it too much?'

'At least we're out of there now. Much safer and nicer down here. No pulsing flesh hidden by illusions'
