When Tyrion hears flint speaking, Flint seems to be agreeing with lonely. Although, it does switch back to what he’s actually saying every few seconds.

Tyrion appears to give up and lie on the floor in a ball.

Flint tries to comfort him. Even if his words are distorted, his body language is supportive and caring

Tyrion still seems to be a ball of sad, then he looks up at Flint and winks before going back to giving up.

Lonely is invisibly watching them.

Flint plays along with the charade that Tyrion has given up
