A trio of black windowless vans arrives at the road near the camp. One by one they pull off the road and stop. They sit there for a while, nobody exiting them.

Suddenly, the van in the back bursts open, and six heavily armed men file out of it, wearing tactical equipment and wielding rifles. They fan out around the vans.

One of them speaks into a radio mounted on their shoulder.
