Here is one i made as a example of my character Jackson Foxx:
Jackson stands 5’10 with fair skin stretched over a lanky, but muscular body. He has one brown eye and one blue eye. His hair is short and chestnut brown but has red highlights when in direct light. He can usually be seen wearing a dress shirt, a fancy waist coat or vest, dress pants, and leather boots. He always carries around his spell-book and his bag of holding.
Personality:
Jackson is rather calm and kind, he tends to want to be in the background rather than putting himself out somewhere. He is brave and is willing to do anything to save those he loves. When tired or exhausted, he can become erratic or agitated. He frequently gets headaches that he gets from overuse of magic, those make him cranky.
Backstory:
Jackson was born to two court magicians in the town of Rivers End. His mother and father both specialized in Illusion magic and pressed Jackson to study the same but the boy refused. At a young age, he was fascinated by worlds that no person could see. He would often go into graveyards and occasionally speak with a spirit or two. He would tell his friends and family, but they passed it off as a childhood delusion.
When Jackson was 18, he enrolled in the School of Abjuration. He studied how to handle beasts and other beings that would be threats to those who were untrained. At the school he met Ashburn, a 19-year-old Fire Gensai who was studying Abjuration to be used to protect scared temples and people’s homes. The two instantly became friends and would often study together. After the two graduated, Ashburn and Jackson set up a business that would help those who were suffering monster attacks on their homes. The two were close as soon their relationship blossomed into something more. Ashburn proposed to Jackson in their shared home.
Unfortunalty, they never got a chance to fully marry because, while on a mission for a home that was having trouble with roiling mists that would dump blood-thirsty wolves at their door, they were sucked into a world called Barovia, a land of vampires and darkness. A vampire darklord named Strahd confronted them and played a horrible game on them. One could live while the other would die. Ashburn threw herself in front of Jackson and was killed with Strahds hand piercing her through the chest. Jackson was allowed to leave but not before Strahd has left deep claw marks in the Wizard’s stomach.
Jackson was sent back into the real world and spiraled into a depressive episode. He began to have terrible paralyzing headaches that would form whenever he used magic. He moved in with his parents once again where they consoled him but his words about what happened to him made them think he was a tad crazy. Taken aback after what he had witnessed, he yelled at his parents and ran away, determined to confront Strahd once again and to kill him this time.
Jackson ended up at the Lord’s Rest Inn after months of wandering for a way to get back to Barovia to kill the vampire. He had taken up the profession however, during that time, as a therapist for ghostly beings who had not gotten acclimated to being dead yet.
At the Inn, he met his friend-turned-fiancé Phoenix, a Soldier turned Mercenary. He joined the soldier on a mission to kill a man called Shepard who had killed Phoenix’s friends. He backed out when he confronted Phoenix with the idea that he shouldn’t kill Shepard because it would not solve anything. Phoenix came back to him after a while, telling Jackson that he did not kill Shepard. Slowly the two began falling in love, enjoying each other’s company. He was there for Phoenix when Phoenix left his squad and became the target of a bounty placed on his head.
Jackson was planning to propose to Phoenix for awhile since they had began dating but he determined that the moment needed to be right. This idea, however, was cut short when a Half-Orc that had stolen his bag, found out Jackson’s intentions and told Phoenix. Phoenix, however, was overjoyed and agreed to it.

"Is this hell?" "NOPE!" "Purgatory?" "ITS DEFINETLY PURGATORY! AIN'T NO WAY THIS IS HELL. HELL IS TOO STIMULATING!"
*Sorry, I read the rules but I forgot about the favorite class. It might be a warlock, but I also like rangers and bards and druids.* Name: The Grim Sweeper, Death, The Great Leveler of All Men, Décès, Mr. Morte, Bàs, The Angel of Death, Smùrt, Mors, Muerte, Dood dude, O’lim, Ukufa, Tod, etc.
Age: Eternal
Race: Not applicable
Occupation: Sweeping away the souls of the dead. Occasionally volunteers as a janitor or a chimney sweep.
Appearance: A tall skeletal figure enshrouded in a cloak as dark as doom. His ghastly visage looms out of the folds in the form of a grinning skull, and a cloud of grave dust is draped upon him. He grips a broom in his bony hand.
Personality: Grim. Morbidly funny at times. Doesn’t really understand why people do what they do but he is trying to learn to understand them better. Is saddened that people throw their lives away and that most fear him. Slightly depressed. Has a deeper interests and habits that show up if you are familiar with him, but most don’t wish to be. Compassionate. Doesn’t mind being a little dramatic, but knows that there is such thing as too much flair. Wishes people understood that he is “On their side,” but still has a job to do and nothing will stop him from doing it. He lacks a heart, but he is not heartless. Death is also a cat person.
Backstory:
Complicated and long. He has been and will continue to do his job for eternity. Retirement is still a long way off.
Not many know this, but Death has a daughter named Pesta:
The Grim Sweeper was out doing his duty when he came across a small town. It was completely empty, all the inhabitants had either died of a horrible disease or fled for safety. In the middle of the town, lay a baby girl, completely abandoned by all. It was not the girl's time to die, so Death decided to take her in and raise her as his own. The girl grew up in Death's shadow and became very close to death and to Death. The Sweeper taught her much of what he knew, how to jump in and out of time, how to pass through solid objects like a ghost, how to see the true nature of things and not just how they appear, and most importantly, how to use a broom. Later, the god of disease came, and revealed that Pesta was their child. They had abandoned her long ago, and were now coming to reclaim her. Pesta decided to join her original parent, abandoning the Sweeper. She now spreads disease and anguish, filling Death's heart with pain.
It is said that The Grim Sweeper has siblings. He is supposed to have a little brother called the Grim Weeper who is a similar cloaked skeletal figure. It is said that tears stream down his skull as he mourns every death that has happened, will happen, and is happening. The Sweeper thinks he is a crybaby.
It is also said that the Sweeper has a sister. The Grim Leaper who comes for the souls of ballerinas and pole vaulters. It is unknown whether or not this is true and Death hasn’t commented on it.
There might also be someone known as the Grim Sleeper, but not much is known about that one either.
The Sweeper might be behind the nine lives of cats.
Death enjoys cooking, playing violin or death metal, and his favorite food is anything curry.

Tarqi’il, and venture through a portal to the Plane of Elemental Water. They defeat an aboleth in the Darkened Depths and use its spine to cure the curse. As a price, Cressida curses Pch’Ptah to be unable to bear children. Not long afterwards, Pch’Ptah leaves the pirates on good terms, and uses russet mold to start a drug business. Under their mask, some that have seen it and survived say there is a large facial tentacle or pseudopod, though nobody is sure. Floating above its head and its horned mask like a halo is a brightly shining golden crown.
Personality: the Prince is determined and serious, hoping to preserve this reality from the King in Yellow’s infectious destruction. They are constantly seeking out help and are generally friendly to any creatures who don’t immediately run in fear. They will do anything to stop the King in Yellow and make that very clear.
Backstory: Born out of Queen Cassilda of the human nation of Yhitti’s pure hatred against the King and her own madness, the Prince spent their early life in Carcosa, when the twin suns were not so dim, the black stars were beautiful objects in the sky, and the Lake of Hali wasn’t so dangerous. But of course, as it was foretold, the land of Carcosa started dying. Nobody knows when it started or why, as time passes differently there, but the suns dimmed, the lake of Hali grew and swallowed most of the land, and the black stars turned into pictures of madness. The king reached out to other realities and destroyed them in anger that its own world was dying. The Prince sought a way to save its people, and fled to another reality to find a suitable planet. It went through 322 other realities before this one, all but 19 of them destroyed by the kind a few years after they left. It is tired of moving and fleeing, so it will make this world suitable for the people of Carcosa, and defend it from the king.

Backstory:
(Presented in timeline format)
Egg is discovered by svirfneblin in the world of Oerth. Taken to deep gnome village of Soctath.
Age 0: Egg hatches. Soctath residents elect to raise Pch’Ptah.
Ages 1-4: Pch’Ptah matures to the level of a young teenager, and is taught most necessary survival skills. However, due to general lack of logical or legal behavior, Pch’Ptah is exiled.
Pch’Ptah wanders the Underdark, helping residents and searching for other Thri-kreen.
Age 5: Pch’Ptah discovers a thri-kreen bivouac. As a trial of acceptance, it kills a quaggoth and pulls out its tongue.
Ages 5-8: Pch’Ptah works as a hunter for its newfound tribe. It learns a degree of magic from the bivouac’s druid by harnessing Underdark fireflies. It also begins harvesting and selling hallucinogens.
Age 8: Members of the tribe begin going mad and molting their carapaces, becoming oily and violent.
Pch’Ptah investigates and discovers an aboleth. Luckily, Pch’Ptah escapes, but is attacked and loses its arm and is punctured through the chest. They survive, but the injured parts grow back with the flesh of a crayfish, and gains arcane magical abilities from abolethic energies.
Pch’Ptah fears that it might be cursed, and decides to leave the bivouac.
Ages 8-10: Pch’Ptah wanders between the Underdark and the coasts Keoland, killing monsters and dealing to gain money.
Age 10: Pch’Ptah is captured by sahuagin. Shortly after, allied naval forces raid the sahuagin outpost.
Several allied independent pirates, led by the goblin Gray Ear, let Pch’Ptah loose. Pch’Ptah joins the group and proves to be a useful fighter.
Ages 10-11: Pch’Ptah works with the pirates, gaining lots of money from this. The amount of injuries gained from this increase its crayfishiness, which it learns will result in it turning into a chuul.
The pirates meet with Cressida the Crab Witch, the sea hag surrogate mother of Gray Ear, who offers Pch’Ptah a way to undo the curse for a price.
The pirates venture to Mt.
It grows more despondent over time at the seeming futility of life.

Name: The Prince In Yellow
Age: at least 800
Race: half human, half eldritch abomination.
Occupation: Prince and Heir to Carcosa’s throne
Appearance: a yellow robed figure with a silver mask with two eye slits and large vertical horns. The robes ends in tatters which are long and thick, at some points resembling or even becoming large pale yellow tentacles, 15 feet long at most. Their only exposed skin is their neck and their arms, and they never take off their mask outside of combat.
