Rex smiles a bit at the kids reaction to the rat and leans against the wall. He pulls out a scroll of paper that has been locked in a gold scroll case. He examines it.
"Flinty? Who is that?" He asked and tilted his head.
'Me. Me Flinty' he points to himself. He has a necklace with a flint stone on it, which he holds up to prove his point
"Oh! Pleasure to meet you Flinty. My name is Adionus Rex but you can call me Rex." He said and smiled "I'm sorry you had to help me out... I feel bad you took your time out of your day to help me."
It nods slowly. It reveals a rat pup in its claw and holds it out to Flint, seemingly unsure of what to do. It looks small, even for a rat pup.
