Okropnosc has finished crafting an Artifact: the Wand of Okropnosc.
*It functions identically to the Wand of Orcus, but with damage type, monster type, designated wielder, and spells switched out. It also lacks sentience.*
The tool is an implement of torment, and looks appropriately uncomfortable to wield, with a spiked corkscrew for its handle that is constantly dripping in black fluid. The same fluid drips upwards from the crescent-shaped head and floats in the air in droplets. Whatever this material is, it evaporates into smoke in seconds.
