While to one side of the town there is a forest and road leading to other cities, one of the other paths out is through the mountains. From this path, out of an old coal mine, comes and odd figure. They wear a deep blue cloak with a purple neck piece. Their face is covered by a white almost ceramic like mask with horns, a crack running over their right eye hole. Two bright blue eyes peer out, glowing in the dim mine before dimming a bit in the sun as they walk into town
Mr. Black watches from far enough away that his sinister aura wouldn't normally be detected. He looks through his journal to see if this resembles any monster he's encountered previously.

The odd figure feels the presence of Mr. Black long before they see him. He approaches casually, but revealing his aura of menace is unavoidable.
