*He's actually... well, not fine, obviously, but okay. Also, he lacks proficiency in Dex saves since he's mostly a normal Artificer PC who just happens to have a lot of money.*

There's a low growl as the thorny vines wrapped around the heart dig into his hand (like 3 damage lol), attempting to prevent him from removing it

Well the heart is corrupted by some sort of magic, likely necrotic. Everything else doesn't show anything important or was a low roll

*I actually ended up getting distracted and coming up with a kobold character that would take the same role. I don't have a character sheet just yet, but I wanted to make sure that was okay before I worked on it. I wanted to come up with my own character, but I kept a lot of the elements of the one you presented to me*
