Just out of view, something stands. His true seeing seems unnecessary, but the creature disappears almost the instant he sees it.
The radio music now emanates from right behind him. (technically it's the monster's turn, per the rules of the encounter, but Jack can do something real quick, like speak)
Jack throws his arms up and speaks "I wish to parlay before you hurt me!"
The radio music stops. He can feel cold breath on the back of his neck. It seems to be listening. *This monster has some hellish mechanics to back him up, so tread lightly here.*
Jack keeps his hands up and takes a deep breath "I can tell your mad.. You wouldn't be throwing bodies if you weren't." he said "Or perhaps your hungry, most of these blokes are missing heads so perhaps you like them.."
The radio turns on again, and he can hear a sermon being played. "See those monsters? See them?! All throughout the Nightmare, they grow like a rancid crop! Kill them! Kill them!! Kill!! We have a million lives, and they only have one! Simple math will secure us victory! Kill!!"
It turns it off, then, a skeletal hand reaches around Jack and holds up a skull. Jack can see little, angry pinpricks of light inside, glaring at the creature behind him.
"Your angry at them then? Disgusted by their presences." He says calmly despite being fearful inside "If you hate those ones as much as I do, then we are on the same side." He says, staring at the skull "Your a skeleton as well I see... Is that hard? Being alone because your so very different from others?"
The radio turns on again. This time, a ragged voice comes out, fervent and staticky. "The Harvester... he was blessed by the Titans... h-he takes their skulls and removes them from the Cycle... Destined Death, he is... and he is back! Towering over even ogres, his radio calls these so-called heroes to their final ends... their brains will power the Nightmare... Fear his chains!!!"
The creature turns the radio back off and moves out of Jack's personal space.

The creature turns the radio back off and moves out of Jack's personal space.
He feels the presence move away and slowly lowers his hands "May I move please?" He askes softly.
He suddenly sees a 12-foot tall human skeleton with rust-colored robes, with a long chain around its neck, a hook at one end and a sickle at the other, appear just behind Jack, breathing down his neck.
A yellow light shines from inside the ribcage, partially illuminating the skull.
"I wouldn't turn around if I was you," says the Wampahoofus to Jack, eyes fixed on the horror.
It slowly backs up and turns to look at Wampahoofus, its jaw not turning with the rest of the skull.
The radio inside of it plays, "Hunters are killers! Nothing more!"

He hears bones clack and a deep exhale. It might be a yes, but, given that it's a skeleton, it likely cannot speak on its own.

The skeleton shakes its head. It gestures to a bag on its shoulder, filled with skulls, then to a pendant on its own chest, which depicts a screaming face turning into a skull. Jack gets the feeling that the two are somehow magically connected.

It thinks for a second, then nods. Wampahoofus notices that there are many flattened bullets on the ground, yet there are no bullet holes in the monster's cloak. Is this thing bulletproof?
She chuckles and watches him catch up "Cmon now, cant be a good hunter if you that slow!"
Edgar ties his blindfold back on and dips away behind them as they watch the other zombie.
