a young female deep gnome, seemingly around....20-ish probably, is sitting in embers usual spot right outside the tavern.
She's petting a well-groomed albino owl bear cub covered head to toe in purple runes. it's wearing an "emotional support owlbear" vest. every time the deep gnome stops for a bit too long the owlbear chitters in a way that mimics the way a puppy whines when it wants treats. what makes the sight even more interesting is the owl-sized wings on the owlbears back, that occasionally adjust themselves.
*the owlbear cub is about the size of a labrador*
