"So they're pretty stinky eh, good to know. What's your name?" the light shifts slightly, but you still can't make out many details, though they look to be around 6 feet tall and a whopping 24 feet long

'The name's Flint. What's yours?'

"My name's Andy, well... Anderson, but I go by Andy because it's easier."

'Cool name. Ya staying at the 2 story then?'

"Nah, I've been staying with someone I met who lives nearby." the large shadowy figure laughs, "More or less with there consent, heh"

'Ya hiding in their attic or something? No judgement, we've all been there'

"More like I kinda wandered in and they decided to accept my presence there."

'Makes sense. What brings ya here?'

"Eh, that's a loooooooong story." the creature shifts, "It alright if I come down and stretch my legs? I've been up here sleeping for like 3 hours." 

'Sure ya can!'

an albino owlbear cub with an "emotional support animal" vest walks up to hi and chitters something sounding vaguely like "play?" in the closest thing an owlbear can get to rat.

Hi says hi to the owlbear, and attempts to play

 The figure fluidly slides down and around the tree, coming into the sunlight. It stands on its hind legs and stretches its four arms. It stands about 6 feet tall and its large flowing tail is almost double that length. It has large bunny-like ears and different colored eyes, the left one blue, and the right one green. It has no nostrils but seems to be smelling the air by flicking its tongue in and out. From head to toe, it is covered in fluffy calico-colored fur. *here's some images of a different member of the species, just so you can get some basic anatomy*

*fyi, he does not have the drippy liquidy part at the end of his tail like the one in the photos*

the owlbear is very gentle with hi and careful not to spook them as they play, she has many games suited to playing with rats so if hi doesn't like one shes quick to change it. with the sheer amount of variety in her ways to play she's sure to find one they like. once hi seems to be getting tired she offers to bring him some food while he rests.
overall the little owlbear is extremely agreeable
