*well, I wasn't a bug introvert, but it was peak quarantine. In a way its like writing a story. You start off not too good, but as you keep trying and writing and interacting, it'll get easier and more comfortable*
*Basically, let it flow naturally. I'm also going to put a paragraph of a paper I wrote about roleplaying that might help you with this:
A person named Alfred Adler has an RPG therapy called As If. If players wanted to work on their confidence they act as if they were somebody who has more confidence for a little bit each day, if Players did it will bring that trait closer to the surface in themself (Arcadian). This can be implemented in D&D as well as other things. Most players in D&D take on the role of someone different than who they normally are. This can build empathy as they are viewing the world through someone else’s eyes. The different perspectives might help the player acknowledge other points of view in an argument or debate (Therapeutic).*
