There’s a missing persons poster on the door, with a picture of a little girl on it. It’s sorta out of place on the door of this kind of coffee shop.

He looks at the poster curiously, taking it off the coffee shop door for a few moments before heading inside

A young girl, the waitress, smiles and waves. "Welcome in!"
He waves slightly back, clearing his throat a little, "HI." He says, a little raspy
"Oh, you definitely sound like you need something to drink! What do you want?"
"Ice coffee please" He says, hobbling iver to the counter, the missing poster still in one of his hands
"On it." She hurries into the back for a moment, and comes back with his drink. She sees the paper. "Ah, you saw that? I'm not even sure who she is." A sad expression comes onto her normally happy face.
*I'm not even sure where Drum was going with the missing poster thing, so he might need to continue that later, if that's ok*
"Do people go missing a lot?" He asks, sipping the drink as he looks at the poster

He exhales a warm breath, his voice less raspy from moisture, "That's good to know"
She nods. "How is it?? Would you like anything else?"
"Its amazing, thank you" he smiles warmly, his eye flickering slightly, "Do you have any scones?"
"Good to hear!" She smiles happily. "Of course, just had my first one yesterday, they're delicious. I can go get you one." After a few minutes, she gives you a plate with a hot scone and a small cup of some kind of honeybutter sauce, for dipping. "Is it ok, if I ask what happened to your eye?"

"Not that I know of. It's usually pretty nice around here." The coffee is delicious.
He exhales a warm breath, his voice less raspy from moisture, "That's good to know"
She nods. "How is it?? Would you like anything else?"
"Its amazing, thank you" he smiles warmly, his eye flickering slightly, "Do you have any scones?"
"Good to hear!" She smiles happily. "Of course, just had my first one yesterday, they're delicious. I can go get you one." After a few minutes, she gives you a plate with a hot scone and a small cup of some kind of honeybutter sauce, for dipping. "Is it ok, if I ask what happened to your eye?"
"Oh um, it's not that eventful a story. Got a blood disease, causes some parts to.... rot, more or less." He says, dipping the scone and pausing to take a bite of it, "Mmmm. That's good. I ended up having to get my eye replaced when it got too necrosed"
