 Nothing wrong with having disabled characters. They’re entitled to representation in books too.

*yeah. People think I use it too much. I mean yeah! Why would I not use it? I mean, I hate those tropes like the "mentally ill villain" or the "MAgical healing". And I don't mean the healing like "I was cursed and I strive to be uncursed" that's fine. I mean "Oh I have a disability but it gets magically poofed away" Also, there's just not enough positive mental illness rep. Think of a positive neurodivergent character that isn't an autistic supergenius. I can only think about Jack from Bluey, who has AD-HD. That's why I add characters to my book like Roma, The main character with depression, or kosef, the mom friend with anxiety and panic disorder, or Carinia, who has rejection sensitivity disorder. Because Every main-stream thing is to scared to add mental illness and emotional conflict to their stories.*
