 She stands up and grins "Lead the way!"

'Man, it's nice to meet an actual person who actually appreciates the same kinda things as I do'

He uses the end of his quarterstaff to prise a nearby drain open, and slips down into the shadows

 She jumps down and casts Light. A little orb of light fills her hand, giving off a dim glow to the area around her.

Chise finds herself in a small, dank pipe, about a metre high and wide. The sound of dripping water fills the air, and several rats are scuttling about. Rubbish is strewn around, clearly having been dropped in from above, which Flint quickly searches through. The pipe leads gently downwards.

 She covers her eyes for a moment with her hand. When she uncovers them, they turned a pale pink color that's glows slightly. She waves her hand and light disappears as it seems she is able to navigate without light now.

'Ya got darkvision? Cool!'

Flint scuttles off down the pipe, where it leads into a large tunnel with rushing water. A couple of nets have been strung up, to catch any flotsam

 She takes his hand and covers his eyes with her palm. He gains Darkvision as well, thought his eyes turning a glowing yellow color. She smiles "There! Now we match" she hums and follows him.

'I mean, cool! But I'm a half-elf, I already had it. Ya ever tried surfing?'

 She shakes her head "No. I have not." she asked "What is it?"

'Basically like swimming, but with a wooden board to stand on!'

Flint rummages through the nets, pulling out random junk items

 She stands, looking at the board for a moment before tilting her head "Its considered fun? It looks like it would be easy to fall off"

'It is fun! And yeah, ya do sometimes fall off, but I know these tunnels, they don't take ya anywhere bad if ya fall off, just dump ya into a big artificial underground lake which is deep enough so ya won't hit ya head. Worst that happens is ya end up swimming in a torrent of sewage'

 She chuckles "I'm okay without doing it." She raises her hand. In her palm, her staff forms from flames. She taps her feet with the staff and begins to walk on the waters.

'That's so cool! And so useful!'

 "Heh!" she chuckles "Thanks!" She grins. "If you want I can do it on you as well. Nets don't catch everything so maybe we can go treasure hunting out here" she grins.

'Sounds epic! Ya not grossed out by scavenging in the sewers? Man, we're more similar than we thought!'

 "Its fine getting dirty once in awhile. Whats life without going through the mud?" She grins and taps his feet "Cmon!" She chuckles.

'Ya couldn't be more right!' Flint tries to walk out onto the water. 'Ya ever been somewhere like this before then?'
