 "Heh, thats has to be the nicest things someone has called me." She said and stared down at the water she was walking on "Mostly its creep, weirdo, demon child, stuff like that."

 "I suppose but words hurt more than any beating or whipping could." She shrugged and smiled "hey, I was just thinking this but I wanted to ask. You want to be friends?"

'I don't know. I'd rather be called a freak than have a stone chucked at me. But maybe that's because I've never cared about what anyone thought of me. And yeah, of course I wanna be ya friend!'

He smiles crookedly, as if the idea of them not being friends hadn't even crossed his mind

 Chise smiles back and looks down "Hm... Im sure I can conjure a animal or something to go in and search down there..."

 She giggles "Under the water Flint. You can't breath underwater."

'It's not that deep!' he laughs, and slides into the scummy water

 "Careful!" she frets and kneels down on the water.

After a while, Flint emerges from the water, clutching some rags, coins, and bones. His long hair is caked in stinking filth, but he does not seem to care

 Chise chuckles and helps him up. She casts Prestidigitation on him to rid him of the flith.

'Aww, thanks! I didn't look that bad, right?'

At that point, a pipe in the ceiling spews slimy water in the direction of Chise and Flint

 Chise gasps and casts stone shape and move Flint aside, moving him away from the slimy water. She, however, gets soaked. "Ew..."

'Ya ok, Chise? Ya know, ya didn't have to do that?'
