A young looking human walks into town, wearing odd garb. They have pale skin, with a head of fluffy blonde hair. A set of black robes cover their main body, though it seems too big, with the sleeves covering their hands. A black cloth blindfold covers their eyes, and a necklace of beads and a holy symbol hangs around their neck.
As they walk into the main square, they seem confused with all the movement involving the sugar man
“Should we tell him, something? “ said someone
“ya I guess it would be fun to mass with him if he knew who we are” said somewhat

"Hm, singin' you say? And in an unknown language... that suggests extraterrestrial or otherworldly origin, or perhaps an ancient evil. When the creature was close to you, when you could see his hand, how loud was the singin'? Did it sound like he was right next to you?" He scratches his stubbly chin, "And this thing seems willing to prey on wildlife as well as humans. That is interestin' and possibly useful."
'I mean, I just saw an arm and hand, but I think he was right above me, right next to the grate or something. The singing was reasonably loud, and yeah, he preys on rats. Maybe just to mess with me though'

"He very well might be messin' with ya. The singin' and candy also suggest that he is a predator that toys with his food." He sighs, "Thanks for the information, I just wish I had more to go off of. I hate this time of year." He mutters to himself.
"I'm not sure what you mean, I don't have any issues." They say, tilting their head, "I'm new in town"
