The Lynx which appears to be made of steel, sits at Val’s right side. It has orange eyes, and some gaps between some of the steel plates have orange light coming out of them.
”Curious about this guy? He’s my steel defender, and I figured out I can use him to pull my carriage as well as defend me. I made him recently, but I don’t fully understand what makes him tick.”
"Is it magicly fueled?" He asks curiously, peering into the eye sockets of the creature, "Facinating"
“I think so. I made it with some gem I got in exchange for one of my works.”
He can see a small amber floating in the air inside the creature. The light is coming from the amber, and shines directly into Ozzy’s eyes.
*cool! I wanted to play piano in band but it was always brass, woodwinds, and strings. And they hired some professional to play piano when I was in choir*
*I've learned a lot of instruments in band, it was great*
"I see. If it could be safely removed we could identify what it is. One of my friends in a jewler."
“I doubt that you would be able to remove it without killing it. It’s like a homunculus servant, it’s heart is the gem.”
She heads inside the carriage and comes out with a steampunk revolver.
*nice. Band at my HS was restricted to one instrument and tbh.. it was a horrible school. They spent more on sports than actual classes. Oh and look up the “steamroller revolver” from Fortnite to see an appearance on the pistol.*
