Superknight falls up, but as he's coming down, he remembers he can fly. The fists of (insert his name here because it's way too long) fly straight through the hole in Superknight's chest and don't hit him at all.
Superknight then grabs (insert name)'s arms after they go through his chest hole and jumps up, coming down on top of him while holding his arms. 3
He then pulls (insert name) straight through and out of the chest hole and hurls him against one of the arena's walls. 2
He then summons a train into his hands and hurls it at (insert name). 5

(I forgot to put spaces, but you can hover over them, they legit) Jeffery makes his body incredibly slick, making himself impossible to grab, preventing the first two attacks, then as the train is coming at him, he shoots a beam at it out of his hand that turns the train into grain, which naturally doesn't hurt as much as a train
Jeffery then attempts to use the same power to turn Superknight into stone
