Karalin rides further into town looking for another stable.
She doesn’t find one, but she does find another inn, this one seemingly larger then the earlier one, with a sign in front with bold letters reading something in celestial, with smaller letters underneath in common, reading the ‘Sleeping Sun’. A small herd of Pseudodragons sleep around this sign.
*This looks cool, and I really like the concept, but it isn't for me. If this were a campaign where we could "save" the town I would join in a heartbeat, but given that changing the world-state of a tavern like this would remove the appeal... anyway, A Christmas Carol*

*thanks, and it’s fine if you don’t want to play. I could make this a campaign if I wanted to, but for now it’s a city tavern.*
Karalin ties her horse to a tree in front of the Sleeping Sun and uses a charm to petrify it so it turns into a statue (don’t worry, she has the antidote charm too). Then she walks inside. “Hi,” she says to whoever’s working there. “Can I get a room for a few days?”

Entering the Sleeping Sun, you are immediately bombarded with the sounds of partying. It seems to be someone’s party, though for what you’re unsure. There does seem to be a bar, with a large group of people either laughing or sleeping. Behind the bar is an Aasimar, though which type seems hidden. She hears your question, laughs, then calls you over. “Chris charged 200 again, didn’t he?”

"Fine." She groans and pulls out all she has, it's about 210 gold, she puts the 10 back and gives him the rest.
“Thank you very much.” She snatches the money and puts it in her pocket. She takes one last look at you. “Welcome to your forever home. Your bed is the third door to the right on the second floor.” She gestures to the inn.
"Forever home?"

An expression of fake shock shines on his face. “Oh, you really don’t know where you are, do you?”

“3rd floor, 2 to your right. Ignore the sounds coming from the floor above. Some ‘guests’ decided to set up a fighting ring. Before you go, mind telling me your name? Need it for room service.”
A battle-scarred and ancient looking drow man rides slowly into town, quietly and solemely. He looks for a place to stable his horse.
There aren’t very many stables, except for one next to some form of Inn. On the other side of the building, a street curves through, with a sign above it saying Shopping District. A young boy is tending to a white horse with a black mane.
He rides up, dismounting smoothly. He speaks to the boy in a soft yet scratchy voice, "Hello there. Are you the stable boy? I'd like to leave my horse here, please."

He stares hard right back at the boy, an almost bored look in his eyes. "Mkay. How much?"
