 You could always do a Tempest Cleric/Storm Sorcerer. Tempest Cleric's Channel Divinity Destructive Wrath combined with metamagic transmuted spell to make a fireball deal thunder damage to make it roll maximum damage possible. Absolute nova of damage, but you can only do it probably about twice

 Ah, one thing: I don't have the phb digitally, only physically. So unless I wanna do it on paper or spend my time porting it into homebrew, I gotta go by basic rules. (And I don't have the phb on me rn anyways)

 You can easily find the subclasses and such online, and you can use a character sheet pdf, that's what I do because I have the same predicament. With the basic rules, you're not getting any broken builds. You need the subclasses from the phb and other source books for that.

Or an echo knight. They are just straight up awesome. No 'broken build' or whatever but echo knight is really good.

 I took it to mean you can have 1 legendary, 2 very rare, 2 rare, and 4 uncommon but you can trade in two of one rarity for 1 of the next highest rarity, so if you trade everything else in you can have 3 legendary items and nothing else, but I just use one legendary and 4 very rare.
